Chilli Ice Cream

Serves / makes - 1 portion


Ingredients

1 banana, chopped and frozen

A dash of ground chilli or fresh chilli slices

2 teaspoon raw cacao

A splash of dairy free milk (if the blender struggles)

1 or 2 dates (optional)

Raw cacao nibs


Equipment

Hand blender

Jug


Method

  1. Blend the banana with the chilli, cacao and dates (if using).

  2. Serve and top with chilli and nibs.
