Ingredients
1 banana, chopped and frozen
A dash of ground chilli or fresh chilli slices
2 teaspoon raw cacao
A splash of dairy free milk (if the blender struggles)
1 or 2 dates (optional)
Raw cacao nibs

Method
Blend the banana with the chilli, cacao and dates (if using).
Serve and top with chilli and nibs.
