Will I have to complete the classes in the order they are set out?
Our courses are always FLEXIBLE and CONVENIENT!
We have laid out the recipe sections from easy through to intermediate and then advanced -

- Delicious Desserts
- Tasty Tofu
- Vegan Cheese
- Luscious Cakes
You should start with the introduction section which teaches you knife skills and gives you information on how to do the course. However you are welcome to do the rest of the course in any way that suits you. You could do a whole section at one time and then move onto another or you could make recipes from multiple sections. For example, in one day you could make -
- a recipe from Healthy Breakfasts for breakfast
- a recipe from Easy Meals for lunch
- a recipe from One Pot Dishes for dinner
- a recipe from Delicious Desserts for dessert
The course includes editable PDF checklists so you can keep a record of which recipes you have made.
